The 65forLIFETM Diet
(based on Dr. Simeon’s Original hCG Diet)

The 65forLIFETM Diet Weight Loss Protocol:         

  • Phase 1: Day 1 & 2, Two LOAD days!  Begin your 65forLIFETM (65FL) drops. Take 10 drops (up to 20 drops) of 65FL 3-times a day under your tongue and hold for at least 15 seconds before swallowing.   Wait 30 minutes before eating, 1 hr before caffine, coffee, tea or Zevia (cola). On these days eat as much as you can of high fat foods. Remember focus on FATS instead of sugars.  Be in a constant state of “stuffed” for 2 days. This Phase is crucial, because unless your normal fat reserves are well-stocked, you will not remain comfortably on the 500 calorie diet.  You will gain a few pounds these first two days.  However it will promptly come off . So ENJOY the ice cream and cheese cake!!
  • Phase 2: Day 3—23 (up to 43 days), Now watch the weight come off. Continue your drops as above and begin the 500 calorie diet. It is important and desirable that you include some B-Vitamins while on this low calorie diet.  Vitamins B-6 and B-12 have been conveniently and economically added to the 65forLIFETM Weight Loss Formula on www.65forLIFE.com. Begin the very low calorie diet (500 calories outlined below). Stay on this until you have completed the 65forLIFETM diet. You must continue the 500 calorie diet for three days after your last drops.  This is a very essential part of the protocol because, 65forLIFETM remains in your system for up to 3 days; working for you. If  you start eating normally, as long as there is even a trace of 65forLIFETM in your system, you could put on weight.  After three days, when all the 65forLIFETM, has been eliminated, you can begin phase 3. 
  • Phase 3: Three Week Maintenance Phase (21 days): You must avoid all sugars or starches for 3 weeks.  This is very critical because this is when your body resets your metabolism and hypothalamus for your new body weight.  It takes about 3 weeks after following this protocol to become stable.  Your calories should be a minimum of 1500 a day. This is a perfect time to add exercise back into your schedule. The goal here is to stay stay within 2-3 pounds above or below the last weight you recorded while still taking 65forLIFETM. If you exceed the 2 -3 pounds, you should do a “Steak Day” to take off the extra weight. Steak Day: eat nothing for breakfast and lunch and have a large steak and apple or steak and tomato for dinner that night. Drink lots of water.  Your weight will be back down the following day.  If you lose more than 2 pounds from your last recorded weight while on 65forLIFETM, you aren’t eating enough.  Please note that people, who gain their weight back, usually failed at this part of the diet. So be STRICT with yourself…IT IS WORTH IT!!
  • Phase 4: Enjoy the person you are meant to be!  Slowly introduce sugar and healthy carbs back into your diet in small amounts while keeping a close eye on the scale.  Remember your “Steak Day” if you get 2-3 pounds over your last recorded weight while you were still taking your 65forLIFETM drops.

Note: All visible fat/skin must be removed before cooking. It must be cooked without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna fish, smoked fish are NOT allowed. 

Other Protein choices: One egg w/1-egg white, fat-free cottage cheese, fat-free Greek yogurt. Exercise care, if no weight loss occcurs the day after these foods, eliminate them.

 

Carbohydrates: 2 portions per day

  • 1-Ak-Mak Wheat Cracker (at health stores, Trader Joes, Whole Foods)
  • 1-Melba Toast, rye or wheat (Classic) 1 serving = 3 pieces. Melba Snacks (Sea Salt) are nearly the same.

 

Example of DAILY MEAL PLAN

Breakfast Coffee (1-hr before or after hCG) or Tea (green/herbal preferred) One tablespoon of milk is allowed in a 24 hr period. Stevia or Truvia is allowed.

Drinks:  Water 1/2 to 1 gallon of water per day.  You will retain water if your intake falls below its normal requirements. Tea, coffee, mineral water and Zevia (natural sugar free soda) are allowed.     

Condiments: Juice of one lemon daily, apple cider vinegar, Bragg Liquid Amino’s, salt, pepper, mustard powder, garlic, basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram may be used for seasoning.  Read all labels on spices as many contain sugar.  Salsa or pico de gallo with no sugar in moderation. Truvia or Stevia is an excellent sugar substitute.  Other artificial sweeteners like Splenda, Sweet n Low, NutraSweet and Equal contain toxic ingredients like saccharin, sucralose and aspartame and should not be used while on the hCG diet. Chicken or Beef bouillon cubes (carbohydrate free).  Pure horseradish,  All natural Hickory Liquid Smoke (no sugar no msg), minced onions. Use Pam as your cooking Spray.        

Exercise:  Exercise isn’t necessary for the diet to work, but going for a 30 minute daily walk can help a little. Stay away from aerobics and running, you will get very hungry and fatigued.   

Weigh in:  Get a digital scale.   Weigh yourself every day at the same time after you have emptied your bladder first thing in the morning, record your weight every day on the chart provided. Be sure to take your measurements before beginning, as some days you will not notice any weight loss but you will see lose of inches.  Measure each week at the same time of day and record your results.  You will be amazed!    

65forLIFETM Dosage: It is important to note that everyone’s body  has a different tolerance to everything; that includes 65forLIFETM. On average 3 doses a day at 10-15 drops per dose is usually sufficient to start but some find that after 2-3 weeks they start getting a little hungry.  At any time if the hunger persists, increase the number of drops by one drop per dose until the hunger subsides. Then you can back off again. You can do as much as 20 drops THREE TIMES per day.  Remember listen to your body, it will tell  you what you need.    

Cosmetics:  Most makeups and lotions are made with fatty materials that can be absorbed by the body just as if they were eaten and will interfere with weight reduction .  Here are some alternative suggestions: Neutrogena Oil-free Moisture Face Lotion, mineral oil, Baby oil, Coconut oil, Aloe Vera gel, Alba free lotion, Mineral makeup.  Lip products are permitted.  Shampoo and Conditioner are okay but rinse thoroughly after each use.  Leave in conditioners are discouraged.  Note: Many have used cosmetics and lotions without a negative effect on their weight loss.  However, it you notice a drop off or slowing in your weight loss while using these products discontinue using them

1. Exactly how does 65forLIFETM allow you to lose weight?

The 65forLIFETM diet plan allows your body to tap into your body’s abnormal fat stores (hips, thighs, buttocks, shoulders and upper arms). In obese individuals, these deposits are not usually accessible to the body for fat consumption. This is typically the reason why, regardless of how much some people exercise and starve themselves, they still have large fat reserves (large thighs or big buttocks, etc). 65forLIFETM stimulates the natural production of hCG, which when present in the body allows these abnormal fat deposits to be metabolized, releasing them into the blood stream to be used for fuel. This release of fat (from the abnormal fat stores) is also why individuals taking the 65forLIFETM are not hungry. 65forLIFETM helps to release 1500-4000 calories per day (from the abnormal fat stores) into the bloodstream. This is the ONLY reason why it is acceptable to be on a 500 calorie diet (see below). Without the 65forLIFETM produced hCG releasing the abnormal fat and it’s caloric content, the person would be starving, face nutritional deficiencies and when eating returns to “normal” the fat stores would just replenish themselves. 

2. Why the 500 calorie diet (VLCD-very low calorie diet)?

You are on a VLCD (very low calorie diet) of 500 calories because while you are on the 65forLIFETM, your body is releasing 1500-4000 calories from abnormal fat into your bloodstream each day. So, with the 500 calories you are consuming plus the 1500-4000 calories being released into your system, you are actually getting the benefit of (500 + 1500-4000) = 2000-4500 calories each day. 

3.  How is the 65forLIFETM protocol different from any other diet out there? “Wouldn’t I lose weight by being on a 500 calorie diet anyway?” 

The 65forLIFETM diet protocol is based on Dr. Simeons hCG protocol.  Dr. Simeos, the physician who developed the hCG Weight Loss Cure Protocol, said: When an obese patient tries to reduce by starving himself, he will first lose his normal fat reserves. When these are exhausted he begins to burn up structural fat, and only as a last resort will the body yield its abnormal reserves, though by that time the patient usually feels so weak and hungry that the diet is abandoned. It is just for this reason that obese patients complain that when they diet they lose the wrong fat. They feel famished and tired and their face becomes drawn and haggard, but their belly, hips, thighs and upper arms show little improvement. The fat they have come to detest stays on and the fat they need to cover their bones gets less and less. Their skin wrinkles and they look old and miserable. And that is one of the most frustrating and depressing experiences a human being can have. To rephrase Dr. Simeons: hCG allows your body to tap into your body’s abnormal fat deposits (hips, thighs, buttocks, shoulders and upper arms). In obese individuals, these deposits are not usually accessible to the body until the person has gone through both his normal fat  and structural fat (which you need) as described above. This is typically the reason why, regardless of how much some people exercise and starve themselves, they still have large fat reserves (large thighs or big buttocks, etc). The 65forLIFETM diet plan coupled with the very low calorie diet allows these abnormal fat deposits to be tapped into, released into the blood stream and used by the body similar to how a pregnant woman who is nauseous for weeks at a time typically remains relatively healthy and and is additionally able to give birth to a healthy baby. This release of fat/calories into the blood stream is also why individuals taking hCG are generally not hungry and generally have plenty of energy. The hCG actually releases 1500-4000 calories per day into the bloodstream. This is the ONLY reason why it is okay to be on a 500 calorie diet. Without the hCG releasing the abnormal fat and, therefore, many calories into the bloodstream, the individual would look haggard, be starving, face nutritional deficiencies and when eating returns to “normal” the fat stores would just replenish themselves. Most diets begin weight loss by depleting your structural fat (that fat which cushions your organs) and your normal fat reserves. However, they are slow to affect the abnormal fat which is stored in your abnormal fat deposits (hips, thighs, buttocks, shoulders and upper arms) which seem to have only one efficient key to release them: hCG. Besides accessing the abnormal fat deposits, hCG also proposes to affect your hypothalamus and your base metabolism. This protocol provides for some detoxification and gives your entire system rest from the onslaught of food and drinks by allowing only a small amount of relatively healthy items to be processed in your body and by your hypothalamus. Some experts feel this detoxification allows your hypothalamus to clear itself of the toxic build-up that could be slowing or preventing weight loss and re-establishes the natural functioning and hormone releasing mechanism of the hypothalamus. 

4. What will I eat on this protocol? Do I have to buy some special diet food?

You will eat fresh food that you buy from your grocery store. There is a very detailed list of the foods you can have while on the protocol in Dr. Simeons manuscript. There is no program food or special diet food that you are required to purchase. 

5. Who developed this protocol? Is it safe?

The 65forLIFETM Diet is based on Dr A.T.W Simeons' hCG Protocol.  Dr. Simeons developed the hCG Protocol in Europe (Italy) in the 1950s. He worked on the study of obesity for 40 years and on this protocol specifically for about 20 years. He helped countless patients in his clinic. Patients would spend thousands of dollars to go to his clinic in Italy for the duration of their course, receive injections each day, and be monitored by Dr. Simeons. Thanks to modern medicine, we now have a homeopathic hCG option which allows individuals to administer their own hCG daily (without having to order injectable hCG from a 3rd world country over the internet). Dr. Simeons found the protocol to be extremely safe and effective. We have had hundreds of individuals use the protocol with great weight loss and significant improvement in overall health. Keep in mind, this is the same hormone produced naturally in a pregnant womans body. It is also frequently used in infertility treatments for both women and men. Additionally, in both of these situations, the hCG present/administered is substantially higher than the amount administered for weight loss in the hCG Weight Loss Cure Protocol.

6. What is hCG?

hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) is a hormone naturally produced in large quantity during pregnancy. hCG is used in infertility treatment for both men and women. Dr. ATW Simeons found that small regular doses of hCG caused the body to release abnormal fat when used in conjunction with a specific 500 calorie daily diet. This is detailed in Dr. Simeons manuscript Pounds and Inches: A New Approach to Obesity. This low calorie diet is only comfortable and advisable with hCG. Most participants are not hungry and have plenty of energy. hCG is an all natural hormone, also known as a protein polypeptide. hCG is in all living tissue both male and female. However, this hormone is produced in greater amounts during a woman’s pregnancy and controls the woman’s metabolic functions.  This hormone can be found in the urine of pregnant women. The hormone is extracted, sterilized and processed for human consumption and has a long safety record. 

hCG is what triggers the hypothalamus to mobilize stored fat into the bloodstream to be used as “food”. It is believed to reset your metabolism and to protect your body’s good fat and keep muscle tissue from breaking down (which occurs in other low calorie diets without the use of hCG). 

7. What are the positive effects of hCG?

Besides the accelerated weight loss and body re-shaping, many individuals using our product report:

  • slight, temporary hair thinning (the same phenomenon that occurs after child birth or any excess weight loss method)
  • very rarely, tenderness of the breasts
  • some slight leg cramping (adding potassium supplementation usually helps)

10. What about homeopathic hCG?

    ½ cup fat free chicken broth
    ¼ tsp. garlic powder
    ¼ tsp. paprika
    ¼ tsp. poultry seasoning
    ¼ tsp. cayenne (some like it hot!!)
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    –Combine Melba crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, poultry seasoning, cayenne, salt and pepper. Put in a Ziploc bag and add chicken to fully coat with seasonings and crumbs. Add half of the broth to a frying pan along with coated chicken, cook about 3-4 min each side.  Keep adding more broth as it cooks off.
  • MOO SHU CHICKEN
    Chicken breast cut into thin strips (3-½ oz/100 grams)
    Green cabbage sliced thin
    Green onions chopped
    Braggs Amino Acid
    Chicken Broth
    –Wilt cabbage and onion in a little chicken broth.  Add chicken that has been sprayed with Braggs.   Sauté’ till chicken is cooked.  Add Braggs to taste, BUT be careful…very salty if you add too much.
  • CURRIED CHICKEN
    Cooked chicken breast (3-½ oz/100 grams)
    ¼ cup Greek nonfat yogurt
    ¼ tsp. minced onion
    1 stalk celery minced
    ¼ tsp. curry powder or to taste
    ¼ tsp. mustard
    –Combine above ingredients and serve on a bed of greens
    Can substitute Shrimp or Fish for Chicken
  •  ITALIAN CHICKEN OR STEAK
    Chicken (or Steak) (3-½ oz/100 grams)
    Diced tomato
    2-3 minced garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil (fresh is best)
    Dash of dried red pepper flakes
    Dash of liquid smoke
    –Preheat oven to 350.  Sear Chicken each side for a minute or two in a frying pan until just browned.  Place ½ of the diced tomato in casserole dish. Add meat on top of the tomatoes and top with garlic. Combine the rest of the tomatoes and herbs and spices, place on top of meat.  Cover tightly.  Bake 45-60 min.
  • FRIED CHICKEN STRIPS
    Chicken breast sliced into 3 strips (3-½ oz/100 grams)
    1Tbsp. Milk
    1 Melba toast
    Salt, pepper, paprika, red pepper, garlic powder to taste
    –Preheat oven to 350.  In small bowl combine milk and any seasonings you prefer.  Grind up Melba to powder and set aside is separate bowl.  Add Chicken to milk/seasoning mixture and coat well. Then place chicken in Melba powder and coat both sides of chicken.  Bake for 30-40 min. turning over halfway through.  Broil last 5 min. 2-3 min each side.
    ** This recipe includes one of your servings of melba toast as well as your  1Tbsp. of milk.
  • ROSEMARY LEMON CHICKEN
    Chicken (3-½ oz/100 grams)
    ½ lemon
    Lemon zest to taste
    ½ tsp. rosemary (fresh is best)
    1-2 cloves of garlic minced
    Salt and pepper
    –Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss in chicken. Place in a non-stick skillet and cook for 5 min or until juices run clear.
  • GREEK CHICKEN
    Chicken (3-½ oz/100 grams)
    ¼ tsp. oregano
    ¼ tsp. dried minced onion
    3-5 cloves of garlic (left whole)
    ½ juice of lemon
    Salt and pepper to taste
    –Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingredients in a covered casserole dish.  Cook for 30-45min or until chicken is no longer pink.
  • BLACKENED CHICKEN, SHRIMP OR STEAK RUB
    Meat (3-½ oz/100 grams)
    1 tsp. paprika
    ½ tsp. onion powder
    ½ tsp. garlic powder
    ¼ tsp. oregano
    ¼ tsp. thyme
    ¼ tsp. ground red pepper flakes
    Salt and pepper to taste
    –Combine all spices and use as a rub on meat.  Grill and serve over mixed greens or spinach

How to Maximize Your HCG Weight Loss

Do NOT negotiate the diet!

Realize that a TRUE plateau (no weight loss) is 5 days or longer:

  • Drink two glasses of green tea a day.
  • Cut out beef.
  • Check all condiments for any sugar. “Garlic salt” may list sugar as an ingredient. Any seasoning salt or seasoning product must be carefully checked.
  • If you have been mixing vegetables, stop.
  • If having trouble with constipation, add 500 mg of magnesium.
  • Leave out the bread sticks etc..
  • Make sure there are no additives in chicken or other protein sources- some times these are injected with some form of sugar.
  • Think about immunity, how long have you been on the drops (longer than 30-40 days?) You may need to consider dosage. Try adding another dose or two to the program (10-15 drops equals a dose)
  • For women, your menstral cycle may be a part.
  • Consider adding some light exercise.
  • Try adding 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar to a glass or water, every day.
  • “3-1/2  oz (100 gram) steak day with tomatoes” try drinking lots of water, tea, coffee, as much as you would like all day, but do not eat until dinner.  At dinner have a 3-1/2 oz (100 gram) steak serving, with a serving of tomatoes.
  • “Apple day” Drink water only and eat 6 large apples for the day. Every 2 hours starting at 10:00am.

Other Considerations

My name is Jaime Brown. When I first heard about this product I didn't believe that something like it could really exist.

I purchased the HCG and let me tell you I saw results in the first few days of using it. I followed the instructions to the "T" and it really does work.

I started on the HCG on November 9th, 2011 and at that time I weighed 220 pounds. When I did as the instructions said and "stuff myself" the first two days. My weight jumped to 224 pounds. So here I am thinking, "Ok lets see how fast this goes away...".

Jonathan: One year ago in July 2010 I began to excercise as I had been rather sedentary for about 15 - 20 years and managed to put on about 15-20 lbs of excess weight (one pound for every year of working on a computer and sitting behind a desk).  Well I initially put on about 9 lbs of muscle but couldn't seem to "burn" off the excess weight. I was swimming regularly, doing strength training, abs and cardio work. Still I wasn't loosing the pounds, even after more than a year of working at it.
